Thirty East Leeds Masters swimmers took part in the delayed Yorkshire Masters Championships at the John Charles Pool on Saturday 14th May coming away with 103 medals.

In total, the club claimed 56 Gold, 23 Silver and 14 Bronze medals from the individual events and 6 Gold and 4 Silver medals from the relay teams.
One of the more notable performances came from Philip Pratt who clocked 58.62 for his 100 Backstroke and a lifetime best.
As well as the regular swimmers there were East Leeds debuts for Louis Wyness, Roberta Grech-Cini and, after a twenty plus years absence from the pool, Ben Shaw.

Several swimmers will be taking part in the forthcoming European Masters Championships at the London Olympic Pool in late May.
